A summary look at them all! They are little restalized, I tried to fix the many errors, I hope their look got better (even a little would be great!) P.s. I hope to continue with the other dexholders one day, I’m on my way with the chapters I miss!
honestly, every creative decision taken in the process of making all might was just. right. i mean, i don’t know about you, but i can easily imagine a character that has the same set-up as him being turned into this cynical deconstruction/criticism of the superhero myth or whatever, some kind of cautionary tale about the way media distorts the truth for our main character to learn.
but all might is interesting because he still is this, but in a different and way less edgy form. his early characterization relies heavily on the contrast between his hero persona vs his actual sickly self. his first genuine interaction with izuku had him essentially shutting izuku down by telling him that his dreams, as they were, would be unsustainable. he even has the proper intimidating odd looks to be a jaded asshole character, but nah. instead he really just is legitimately a great fucking person and i love it
